Insight Psychological Assessment Services (iPAS) provides comprehensive, virtual psychological and ADHD evaluations to help individuals better understand their symptoms and receive clear, professional recommendations:

Services are designed for adults seeking clarity about attention, focus, and emotional or cognitive concerns. Our assessment process includes three virtual sessions:
Intake interview
Testing session
Feedback session where results and next steps are discussed
A written report is provided following completion of the evaluation. Diagnostic letters are also provided when appropriate.
Psychological & ADHD Assessment Services (Virtual)
iPAS provides comprehensive psychological and ADHD assessments conducted entirely through telehealth.
Our evaluations are designed to help individuals gain clarity about their symptoms and receive thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations.
All assessments follow a structured three-part process. The first step is to schedule an Intake Interview.
Additional in-person testing may be recommended when indicated.

In this session, your clinician will:
Review your concerns and goals
Gather relevant personal, medical and mental health history
Explain the testing process and answer your questions

You will complete:
Standardized questionnaires and rating scales
Performance-based testing (such as attention and cognitive measures, when appropriate)
Testing is completed independently in a quiet, private environment to ensure accurate results.

During this session, your clinician will:
Review your results with you
Discuss diagnostic impressions (if applicable)
Provide personalized recommendations and next steps
Answer your questions
A written psychological assessment report is provided following completion of the evaluation. A letter confirming diagnostic presentation is also provided where applicable.
Documentation of diagnosis including completion of forms for work, school and/or standardized testing accommodation requests are also provided where applicable.

Services do not include ongoing psychotherapy or crisis intervention

Total Cost: $1,200**
This fee includes the full assessment process:
Intake/clinical Interview
Testing session
Scoring and interpretation of results
Feedback session
Written psychological assessment report with recommendations
Completion of any pertinent forms including documentation for school, work and/or standardized testing accommodation requests (e.g.MCAT, LSAT, EPPP, NCLEX)
** When clinically indicated, tiered pricing will be discussed if additional measures are warranted. This will be discussed in detail during your consultation or after you intake. no additional charges will be added without your express written consent.
iPAS currently operates as a self-pay service. Payment is the clients responsibility at the time of services rendered.
If you plan to submit a claims to insurance independently, reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual insurance plan
A Good Faith Estimate of expected costs is provided to all self-pay clients in accordance with federal law
Insurance and Self-pay
Payment is divided into two installments:
$600 due at the intake appointment
$600 or remaining balance due at the feedback appointment (prior to the release of the written report)
A valid payment method is required to be kept on file

Insight Psychological Assessment Services (IPAS) was founded to provide accessible, high-quality psychological and ADHD assessments through secure telehealth. Our goal is to help individuals gain clarity about their concerns and receive thoughtful, evidence-based recommendations in a supportive and professional environment.
Dr. Diaz, PsyD
Samantha Diaz, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist and co-founder of iPAS. She has experience across partial hospitalization, residential treatment, community outpatient, school-based, and large safety-net hospital settings. Her work has focused on expanding access to high-quality psychological assessment and ensuring evaluations directly answer the practical questions that bring individuals to care.
Dr. Diaz has led the development and day-to-day operations of psychological testing services within a major hospital system, designing programs that improve accessibility, efficiency, and clinical impact. She currently serves as Director of a psychological assessment service, where she oversees program evaluation, implementation, workflow development, and the delivery of testing for individuals across the lifespan.
She holds an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and is actively involved in training, supervision, and advancing best practices in evidence-based assessment.
Her approach is collaborative, focused, and solutions-oriented. She specializes in targeted evaluations that clarify diagnosis, guide treatment planning, and help patients and families access the services and supports they need to move forward.
Dr. Depestre, PsyD
Sohenga C. Depestre, PsyD is a licensed clinical psychologist and co-founder of iPAS, with experience across school, integrated behavioral health, intensive outpatient, inpatient, and safety-net and state hospital settings. Her work has focused on expanding access to high-quality assessment, reducing mental health stigma, and providing tailored, data-driven recommendations. She has particular expertise in comprehensive psychological assessment and diagnostic clarification.
Dr. Depestre previously served as Clinical Director of a large multidisciplinary Integrated Behavioral Health program in Boston, where she led the development and launch of an ADHD assessment clinic embedded in adult and pediatric primary care. She has experience across clinical operations, program development, supervision, and workforce training across diverse medical settings. She has also held academic appointments as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and adjunct lecturer, supporting interdisciplinary education and innovation in behavioral health delivery.
Her approach is collaborative and grounded in the Therapeutic Assessment model. She specializes in comprehensive evaluations that clarify diagnosis, invite individuals to take an active role in understanding their needs, and provide personalized recommendations that help individuals, families, and referring providers move forward and connect with appropriate services.
